Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item 
to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used 
skincare or cosmetic products. This applies regardless of how much product has been used.

2. How to Start a Return
Contact us first at sabina@goddessance.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions 
on where and how to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, 
contact us immediately at sabina@goddessance.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

5. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel your purchase 
within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable 
for return on health protection or hygiene grounds if they have been unsealed after delivery  (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)).

Cosmetic and skincare products that have been opened or unsealed cannot therefore be returned under the cooling-off period. Products must remain fully sealed and unused to qualify.

6. Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at sabina@goddessance.com.
