Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders with DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Switzerland. Shipping to EU countries will be available soon —
if you are based in the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us at
sabina@goddessance.com and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays).
During product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Times
Switzerland: 1–3 business days after dispatch (DPD standard delivery)
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions
or circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Switzerland:
- Standard shipping (DPD): CHF 9.00
- Free shipping on orders of CHF 100.00 or more
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed over to DPD, the risk of loss transfers to you. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at sabina@goddessance.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with DPD.
7. Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping costs may apply before we can reship.
8. Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages
Parcels not collected within the DPD holding period will be returned to us. In this case,
we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.
